Following these initial steps, we will begin marketing your property as follows:

  • Digital Photography - your home will be professionally photographed.
  • Your home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service.
  • Virtual Tour - a Virtual Tour reflecting all of the features of your home will be prepared and will be available online and on the Multiple Listing Service.
  • Property Flyer - a full-color flyer will be prepared reflecting the features and attributes of your home.
  • Internet - your home will receive 24/7 exposure on my website, the Windermere website, on Realtor.com,  and on Visual Tours.com
  • Broker Caravan - before opening your home to the public, we will invite other real estate brokers for a private viewing.
  • Advertising - your home will be reflected in newspaper and magazine ads.

Keeping you informed is also part of my Marketing Plan.  I will give you weekly updates to include our advertising techniques, broker's feedback and my follow-up with interested parties.
